Sew Let's Quilt Along: Segment Two Wrap-Up
We’ve reached the end of segment 2 of Sew Let’s Quilt Along! It’s been so much fun sewing along with all of you. If you’ve missed any of the past blocks, you can find all of the links on my quilt along page. And if you didn’t catch the pattern for the “I Love to Quilt" block (the last block of the segment), I blogged about that one here.
So what does the end of segment two mean? Firstly, it means we’ve already completed nine whole quilt blocks! In the past couple months, we’ve made binding clips, an iron, a pincushion, and an “I Love to Quilt” block. Now it’s time to celebrate our accomplishments and decide what we want to do with our blocks. It’s also time for our second round of prizes! More information on that can be found towards the bottom of this post.
Small Projects or Big Quilt?
Personally, I’m saving all of my blocks to make one large quilt at the end of the quilt along. Several of our hosts are doing the same thing. But we also have people that are turning their blocks into small projects as they go along. The hosts that are making small projects are all sharing ideas today.
